1. Who can use Vedapt

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a contract. When you register, you separately accept the current Terms, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines. Creators also accept the Creator Guidelines and Agreement. Vedapt records the versions you accept and may ask you to accept a materially updated version.

2. Your account

Give accurate information, protect your sign-in details, and tell Support if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. Do not scrape or probe Vedapt, bypass access or payment controls, manipulate points, scores, reviews, or rankings, impersonate someone, send abusive automated traffic, or use Vedapt unlawfully.

Account deletion may be delayed while active Programs, Creator obligations, payments, disputes, moderation, safety, accounting, or legal matters are resolved. Some shared content may be anonymized rather than removed, and Vedapt may retain contract, financial, security, moderation, and purchase records where lawfully necessary.

3. Who provides Programs and handles purchases

The Creator identified on the Program page and at checkout creates and provides the Program and retains ownership of their content. Vedapt operates the marketplace, is the merchant of record, and is the Buyer’s transaction-side contracting party for purchases made through the marketplace. A Creator may be an individual or a business and is not Vedapt’s employee, agent, partner, or representative simply because they use Vedapt.

The Creator is responsible for the Program description, content, delivery, claims, promised feedback, conformity, legality, and content rights, except where the law places responsibility on Vedapt. Vedapt provides the marketplace, account and access controls, transaction records, moderation, and Support, and administers customer payment, applicable transaction taxes, refunds, and payment disputes. Stripe provides hosted payment, Creator verification, and payout services. See Marketplace Disclosures.

4. Programs, checkout, and refunds

Programs are self-paced. The Program page shows the Creator, price, duration, content outline, and feedback policy before checkout. Creator feedback or support is optional, is not required to complete a Program, and has no guaranteed response time. Before continuing to Stripe, a Buyer reviews the purchase disclosures and confirms that their billing or residence country is the United States.

A purchase gives the Buyer a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased Program through Vedapt. It does not transfer ownership or intellectual-property rights in Creator Content.

A Buyer may request a voluntary full refund while the Program is incomplete and no later than 120 hours after paid Program access begins according to Vedapt’s records. Vedapt reviews each request and may approve or reject it. Completion or expiry of the voluntary window does not remove mandatory legal rights. See the Refund Policy.

Contact Support about duplicate or unauthorized charges, missing access, material non-delivery, or another exceptional payment issue. Stripe and the Buyer’s bank or card provider control processing time. An approved full refund may end paid access but does not remove points already earned or otherwise-authorized messaging access.

5. No guaranteed results or professional advice

Programs, Creators, progress tools, points, rankings, and community activity do not guarantee fitness, health, learning, business, income, audience, sales, or any other result. Creator approval, earnings, continued marketplace access, and uninterrupted service are not guaranteed.

Vedapt and Creator content is for information or education. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, tax, or other regulated professional advice. Use a qualified professional where appropriate and stop any activity that is unsafe for you.

6. Content and ownership

You keep ownership of content you create. Creators keep ownership of their Program content and related intellectual-property rights. Nothing in these Terms transfers Creator Content or copyright to Vedapt.

You give Vedapt a non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce, format, display, transmit, secure, back up, and moderate your content only as needed to operate Vedapt for the intended audience. That licence may continue only as reasonably necessary for existing paid access, limited backups, disputes, security, lawful retention, or compliance. Vedapt does not gain an independent right to sell or commercially exploit your content.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for anything you upload. Submit copyright or other intellectual-property complaints through Support. Vedapt may restrict material while it investigates and provides a route to challenge a decision.

7. Moderation, suspension, and appeals

Vedapt may investigate reports; reduce visibility; remove content; restrict messaging, Program, community, or Creator features; stop new sales; suspend Creator authority; or suspend or terminate an account. The action depends on the seriousness, credibility, repetition, risk, legal duties, fraud, and harm involved. Serious or urgent matters may require immediate action without advance notice.

Where practical and legally permitted, Vedapt gives a reason for a material enforcement decision. You may appeal through Support with the decision or content reference, the facts you believe are wrong, and relevant evidence. A different reviewer should consider the appeal where staffing permits. Vedapt does not promise a fixed response time or outcome.

8. Service and liability

Vedapt is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Vedapt does not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation, Creator quality, or suitability for a particular result. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, consumer or data-protection rights, liability for intent or gross negligence, personal-injury liability, or any other right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

9. Governing law and disputes

Latvian law governs these Terms, without taking away mandatory consumer protections available under the law of a consumer’s habitual residence. Consumers may use courts or mandatory alternative-dispute processes available under applicable law.

Creator and other business-to-business disputes with Vedapt are subject to the courts of Latvia unless mandatory law requires otherwise. These Terms contain no US arbitration clause, class-action waiver, or US-only dispute process.

10. Changes and contact

Vedapt may ask you to accept materially updated Terms, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, or Creator Agreement. Informational updates to the Refund or Cookie Policy do not normally require a new checkbox unless the update changes the contract or requires consent.
