Cookie and Browser Storage Policy

1. What browser storage is used for

• Sign-in: Firebase remembers your account session across pages, tabs, and browser restarts until you sign out, the session ends, or browser data is cleared.
• Security: Firebase App Check and Google reCAPTCHA use short-lived security information and browser signals to help prevent fraud and abuse.
• Your preferences: Vedapt remembers your light or dark theme and may remember the dashboard, Program, or challenge state you selected.
• Faster loading: your browser may cache Vedapt files, provider scripts, and requested images.
• Stripe-hosted services: if you open Stripe checkout, Creator onboarding, or a Stripe dashboard, Stripe may use cookies or similar storage for payment, sign-in, preferences, fraud prevention, security, and service performance. Stripe storage is not set simply by visiting a Vedapt page.

2. No advertising or analytics tracking

Vedapt does not currently use advertising pixels, marketing cookies, behavioural advertising, analytics tracking, session-replay tools, third-party media players, or social widgets. Vedapt therefore does not show a general cookie banner or Cookie Settings control: there is no optional advertising or analytics category to turn on or off.

Vedapt will review this Policy and introduce consent or preference controls where required before adding optional tracking or similar technology.

3. Your controls

You can sign out, change your theme, and clear cookies or site data through your browser. Blocking or clearing required sign-in or security storage may sign you out or prevent protected features from working until the information is recreated. Stripe controls storage on its own pages.

4. Updates and contact

This Policy is normally updated by publication rather than a new acceptance checkbox. Vedapt will ask for consent or renewed contract acceptance if a future change requires it. For privacy questions, contact support@vedapt.com.
