Who provides the Program and handles the purchase

The Creator named on the Program page and at checkout creates and provides the Program and retains ownership of their content. Creators may be individuals or businesses. To sell paid Programs, a Creator must be approved by Vedapt, complete the current seller disclosure, and have a ready US Stripe Connect account.

SIA Vedapt (“Vedapt”) operates the marketplace, is the merchant of record, and is the Buyer’s transaction-side contracting party for the purchase. Vedapt administers customer payment, applicable transaction taxes, refunds, and payment disputes.

The Program page and checkout show the Creator’s legal or business name and whether the Creator is selling as an individual or business. Vedapt does not publish a Creator’s residential address, personal phone number, tax identifiers, Stripe verification details, identity documents, bank details, or payout details as part of this disclosure.

Who is responsible for what

• Creator: the Program description, content, delivery, claims, promised feedback, conformity, legality, and content rights, except where the law places responsibility on Vedapt.
• Vedapt: the marketplace, merchant-of-record duties, customer payment, applicable transaction taxes, refunds, payment disputes, transaction and access records, moderation, Support, access controls, and platform security.
• Stripe: hosted payment processing and Creator identity, business, and payout verification under Stripe’s own terms and notices.

How Programs are ordered

Available Programs are ordered by creation time, newest first. Search looks for prefix matches in the Program title, Creator name, category, and difficulty, then shows matching Programs newest first. Duplicate matches are removed.

Vedapt does not currently sell higher placement or personalize Program ranking from private behaviour. Related Programs are other published Programs from the same Creator.

Price and refunds

The Program page and checkout show the price before the Buyer continues to Stripe. Paid Programs are currently available only to Buyers who confirm that their billing or residence country is the United States.

A Buyer may request a voluntary full refund while the Program is incomplete and no later than 120 hours after paid Program access begins according to Vedapt’s records. Vedapt reviews each request and may approve or reject it. Mandatory legal rights always override this voluntary policy. Read the Refund Policy.
