Refund Policy
1. Voluntary five-day refund
SIA Vedapt (“Vedapt”) offers a voluntary full refund for a paid Program when both of these conditions are met:
- The Buyer submits the request no later than 120 hours after paid Program access begins according to Vedapt’s records.
- The Program is not complete according to Vedapt’s records when the request is submitted.
The voluntary window starts when verified payment grants Program access. Browser time, a page label, or a date stored on your device does not change it. A completed Program or a request made after the 120-hour window is not eligible under this voluntary policy. Mandatory legal rights always continue to apply.
2. How to request and track a refund
Use the Request refund action shown with an eligible purchased Program. Choose a reason and, if useful, add a short explanation. Vedapt checks the purchase, access, start, completion, refund, and dispute records before reviewing the request. You can return to the Program to see the current status.
Vedapt may approve or reject the request. Submitting it does not automatically issue a refund or guarantee approval. Vedapt does not promise a fixed review time. For duplicate or unauthorized charges, missing access, material non-delivery, legal rights, or another exceptional issue, use Support and Contact.
3. If a refund is approved
Vedapt sends an approved full refund through Stripe to the original payment method where supported. Stripe and the Buyer’s bank or card provider control how long the money takes to arrive.
A full refund may end paid access to the Program. It does not remove points already earned or otherwise-authorized messaging access. Vedapt handles any related adjustment to Creator Earnings; that internal adjustment does not reduce the Buyer’s refund rights.
4. Exceptional issues and payment disputes
The standard self-service process handles full refunds only. Any adjustment required by law or for an exceptional issue is handled through Support and payment reconciliation. A chargeback or other payment dispute does not guarantee a particular outcome.
5. Creator and Vedapt roles
The Creator provides the Program and is responsible for its delivery, claims, legality, and content rights, except where the law places responsibility on Vedapt. Vedapt operates the marketplace, is the merchant of record and the Buyer’s transaction-side contracting party for the purchase, and administers customer refunds and payment disputes. See Marketplace Disclosures.
6. Contact and updates

This Policy is normally updated by publication rather than a new acceptance checkbox. Vedapt will update the applicable Terms or checkout disclosures if a material Buyer contract change requires it.
