Creator Guidelines and Agreement

1. Becoming a Creator

You must be at least 18, keep accurate account information, apply, be approved by Vedapt, and accept the current Terms, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and this Agreement. You may apply as an individual or a business. Approval, continued Creator status, sales, audience, earnings, and payout readiness are not guaranteed.

A Creator badge shows current Vedapt Creator status. It is not a professional credential or an endorsement.

2. The Creator’s role and Vedapt’s role

You create and provide each of your Programs and keep ownership of your Creator Content. Vedapt operates the marketplace, is the merchant of record, and is the Buyer’s transaction-side contracting party for purchases made through the marketplace. You are not the Buyer’s Stripe or card-payment merchant.

You are responsible for your Program description, content, delivery, claims, promised feedback, conformity, legality, content rights, and Program-provider communications, except where the law places responsibility on Vedapt. You are also responsible for tax, invoicing, registration, permits, professional requirements, and other duties that apply directly to you or your activity. You are not responsible for taxes legally imposed on Vedapt.

You are an independent marketplace participant, not Vedapt’s employee, worker, agent, partner, franchisee, or representative. You cannot bind Vedapt, make promises for Vedapt, or claim that Vedapt guarantees you or your Program.

3. Seller disclosure and Stripe verification

Before paid sales, you must be an approved Creator, have a ready US Stripe Connect account, complete Stripe’s hosted identity, business, and payout verification, and give Vedapt the current seller information required for your Program. Vedapt currently asks whether you sell as an individual or business and for the legal or business name shown to Buyers.

Keep information you give Vedapt or Stripe accurate and current. Vedapt may request information genuinely needed for provider eligibility, supported-market eligibility, legal compliance, or duties imposed on Vedapt. Vedapt does not ask you to copy Stripe identity documents, bank information, or other private verification details into the seller disclosure.

Vedapt may stop new sales or suspend Creator features if payment, approval, platform, or seller-disclosure requirements are not met or information is reasonably suspected to be false.

4. Program standards

• Describe the Program, duration, price, schedule, prerequisites, limits, risks, and optional interaction policy accurately.
• Programs must be self-paced. Creator feedback or support is optional, does not control completion, and must not be presented as guaranteed or subject to a guaranteed response time.
• Provide the purchased Program version with reasonable care and skill. Do not silently replace it with materially different content.
• Do not guarantee health, appearance, learning, business, income, sales, audience, or other results.
• Do not give misleading or unauthorized medical, mental-health, legal, financial, tax, or other regulated advice. Hold and disclose legally required credentials where applicable.
• Keep Program tasks reasonably safe, lawful, suitable for adults, accessible within the stated schedule, and consistent with the Community Guidelines.

5. Refunds and payment disputes

Vedapt accepts requests for a voluntary full refund when submitted within 120 hours after paid Program access begins according to Vedapt’s records and while the Program is incomplete. Vedapt reviews each request and may approve or reject it. Completion or expiry of the voluntary window does not remove mandatory legal rights.

Vedapt administers customer refunds, chargebacks, and payment disputes. You authorize Vedapt to process and reconcile eligible refunds and must provide timely factual evidence when asked. A refund or dispute may reduce, reverse, reserve, delay, or reconcile Creator Earnings according to the payment records and applicable law.

6. Ownership and the licence you give Vedapt

You keep all ownership and intellectual-property rights in your Creator Content, including your Program and profile material. You confirm that you own or are allowed to use every part of that content. Nothing in this Agreement transfers or assigns Creator Content to Vedapt. A transfer for a specific work would require a separate written agreement.

You give Vedapt a non-exclusive licence only to host, store, reproduce, display, format or technically adapt Creator Content, make it available through Vedapt, and deliver access to Buyers. Vedapt may use that licence only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, moderate, back up, and maintain the service, including through service providers working for Vedapt.

After your relationship with Vedapt ends, the licence may continue only for access owed to existing paying Members, lawful retention, limited backups, disputes, fraud or security evidence, and compliance duties. It does not give Vedapt ownership or an independent right to sell, license, or commercially exploit Creator Content outside the Vedapt marketplace.

You must cooperate with good-faith intellectual-property investigations. You may challenge a removal through Support and must not retaliate against a complainant or repeatedly upload material found to infringe.

7. Creator Earnings, Vedapt’s commission, and tax

“Creator Earnings” are the contractual amount payable to you for sales of your Program through Vedapt. They are not a royalty, licence fee, payment for copyright, or payment for Vedapt to acquire your content.

Creator Earnings equal 80% of the pre-tax Program price. Buyer-side transaction tax is separate and is not included in the 80/20 split. Vedapt keeps 20% of the pre-tax Program price as its marketplace commission. Stripe processing costs are Vedapt’s expense and do not reduce your 80% share.

Vedapt records Creator Earnings and later transfers eligible amounts to your connected Stripe account. Creator Earnings remain subject to refunds, reversals, taxes imposed on you, and other expressly agreed adjustments. Holds, payment-provider fees or reserves, disputes, sanctions, verification, legal duties, and platform or provider restrictions can delay or prevent a payout. Creator payouts are processed according to the selected payout schedule, although actual receipt dates may vary due to eligibility requirements, payment processing, banking delays, or other circumstances outside Vedapt’s reasonable control. Vedapt does not guarantee minimum earnings or uninterrupted payout availability.

You must keep Stripe and seller information current and meet the income, business, licensing, tax, invoice, accounting, and reporting duties that apply directly to you.

8. Reviews, moderation, suspension, and appeals

Do not fabricate or buy reviews, pressure Members, retaliate for feedback, manipulate progress, points, or rankings, or misuse messages. Depending on the seriousness, repetition, fraud, safety, payment, legal, or policy risk, Vedapt may warn you, remove content, restrict features, stop new sales, preserve evidence, suspend Creator status, or terminate access. Existing Member access, refunds, disputes, and accounting duties continue where required.

Where practical and legally permitted, Vedapt gives a reason for a material decision. You may appeal through Support with the decision reference, facts, and evidence. A different reviewer should consider the appeal where staffing permits. Vedapt does not promise a fixed response time or outcome.

9. Law, changes, and contact

Latvian law governs this Agreement. Business-to-business disputes with SIA Vedapt are subject to the courts of Latvia unless mandatory law requires otherwise. This Agreement contains no US arbitration clause or class-action waiver.
