Community Guidelines

1. Where these rules apply

These Guidelines apply to profiles, Programs, tasks, progress, Creator feedback, posts, comments, reviews, images, messages, and other activity on Vedapt. Be honest, relevant, lawful, and respectful. Private or limited visibility does not make harmful conduct acceptable.

2. Keep people safe and treat them with dignity

  • Do not threaten, encourage violence or self-harm, stalk, bully, harass, or expose someone’s private information.
  • Do not attack or dehumanize people based on protected characteristics.
  • Do not post sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate material, or any sexual content involving minors.
  • Do not promote dangerous challenges, serious harm, or pressure people to ignore medical limitations. Vedapt is not an emergency or professional health service.

3. Be honest, respect privacy, and follow the law

  • Do not scam, impersonate, claim fake credentials, manipulate reviews, hide conflicts that make a claim deceptive, or guarantee health, wealth, earnings, or other results.
  • Do not offer unlawful goods or services, spread malware, steal credentials, evade payment, send spam, abuse automation, or defeat platform security.
  • Do not share another person’s private contact, financial, identity, location, health, conversation, or image information without permission and a lawful reason.
  • Post only material you own or are allowed to use. Respect copyright, trade marks, publicity, confidentiality, and other rights.
  • Do not give misleading or unauthorized medical, mental-health, legal, financial, tax, or other regulated advice.

4. Protect Program, review, and message integrity

Program descriptions and any Creator feedback must match the purchased offer. Reviews must reflect genuine eligible experience. Do not buy or trade for a predetermined review, pressure Members, retaliate for honest feedback, manipulate progress, points, or rankings, or misuse messages. Messages must have a legitimate relationship purpose and remain respectful after Program completion.

5. How Vedapt enforces these rules

Vedapt considers context, credibility, harm, reach, intent, illegality, evasion, repetition, prior history, and cooperation. Depending on the situation, Vedapt may warn or educate; correct, label, reduce visibility, or remove content; restrict posts, comments, messages, Programs, community, or Creator features; stop new sales; suspend an account or Creator; preserve evidence; or terminate access. A serious or urgent incident may lead to immediate action and, where required or appropriate, referral to emergency services, payment providers, regulators, or law enforcement.

Vedapt may protect reporters from retaliation. Enforcement does not have to follow a fixed sequence.

6. Reports and appeals

Use Support to report content or appeal a decision. Include the content, account, Program, or decision reference; explain what happened or why you believe the decision is wrong; and attach only relevant evidence. Do not send passwords, full card or bank details, government IDs, or unrelated sensitive information.

Where practical and legally permitted, Vedapt explains the rule and material facts behind an enforcement decision and how to appeal. A different reviewer should consider an appeal where staffing permits. Vedapt may uphold, narrow, reverse, or replace a measure and does not promise a fixed response time or outcome.

7. Intellectual-property complaints

Submit copyright or other intellectual-property complaints through Support. Vedapt may restrict material while it reviews a complaint, notify the person who posted it, consider a good-faith challenge or counter-notice where applicable, restore material when appropriate, and terminate repeat infringers in suitable circumstances.

8. Your rights and policy changes

These Guidelines do not remove lawful reporting, whistleblowing, consumer, labour, privacy, or due-process rights. Vedapt may ask you to accept a materially updated version. Contact support@vedapt.com.
